At Made By Mitchell, we want you to be obsessed with your Blursh and beyond, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened, swatched, or had their security seals tampered with.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
