Are Made By Mitchell products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team immediately; however, once an order has reached the packing stage, we cannot make changes.
